How long does the server provisioning take?

Deployment is near-instant. Once your order is confirmed, server provisioning initiates across the AWS network, typically reaching active status in under 60 seconds.

Which AWS regions are supported?

We support all tier-1 AWS regions including US-East (N. Virginia), US-West (Oregon), EU (Frankfurt/London), and Asia-Pacific (Singapore/Tokyo/Sydney) for ultra-low latency.

Is full root access granted by default?

Yes. Every VPS and Dedicated node comes with complete root/administrative access. You have absolute sovereignty over your OS environment and technical stack.
